Territory Sales Representative Job Summary

The Territory Sales Representative supports Circle Brands by increasing sales within an assigned territory. The Territory Sales Representative develops strategic customer relationships, identifies growth opportunities, and drives profitable business through consistent face-to-face engagement. This Territory Sales Representative role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys travel and delivering exceptional customer service.

Territory Sales Representative Responsibilities

· Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with company objectives.

· Build and maintain strong distributor and customer relationships for Bedrock Truck Beds products.

· Identify customer needs and market trends to grow territory sales.

· Travel up to 80% to support customers and expand business opportunities.

· Manage budgets, reports, and territory documentation.

· Support trade shows and promotional events.

· Collaborate with manufacturer representatives and internal teams.

· All other duties as assigned by management.

Territory Sales Representative Skills and Competencies

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Excellent organization and time management.

· Ability to analyze sales trends and implement strategies.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

· Self-motivated with a professional customer-focused approach.

Territory Sales Representative Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Three or more years of B2B sales experience.

· Must reside within the assigned territory.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Willingness to travel extensively.

Physical Requirements

· Drive for extended periods.

· Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

· Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Work Environment

· This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel and occasional visits to manufacturing facilities where PPE may be required.
