CIP Technician – Weekend Overnight Shift

The Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts. Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. That's it. Four days off, every single week, to live your life.

The Role

As our CIP Technician, you're the last line of defense between our equipment and the next production run. You keep the lines sanitized, compliant, and ready to go — because at a food manufacturing facility, clean isn't optional, it's everything.

What You'll Own

• Run and monitor Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems on production equipment
• Mix and verify cleaning/sanitizing solutions to exact specifications
• Inspect equipment after cleaning to confirm it's truly ready for production
• Keep accurate, audit-ready cleaning logs and documentation
• Spot and troubleshoot CIP system hiccups before they become problems
• Champion food safety, GMP, and plant safety standards on every shift

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• CIP, sanitation, or food manufacturing experience a big plus — but not required if you're a fast learner
• Self-motivated — you can run your shift with minimal oversight
• Sharp attention to detail and solid documentation habits
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, cold, and wet conditions
