Key Responsibilities:Sales Execution: Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on net-new business.Pipeline Development: Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with marketing and business owners, understanding their challenges and presenting tailored solutions.Mar-Tech Expertise: Leverage your understanding of marketing technology to effectively position our SaaS platform as a must-have tool for prospects.Entrepreneurial Ownership: Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset, treating your role as a business within a business, and demonstrating accountability for your territory’s success.Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years of closing experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment (non-negotiable).Track Record: Demonstrated success as a top performer (leaderboard recognition preferred).Mar-Tech Background: Prior experience selling into marketing and business owners is highly preferred.Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to secure net-new business with minimal reliance on inbound leads.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable operating with autonomy and driving results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
