Job Description

【工作內容】 1.Design, develop, implement, and maintain robust equipment integration solutions for SMT lines, SiP process equipment, and OSAT related machinery. 2.Integrate manufacturing equipment with MES using IPC-CFX, SECS/GEM and TCP/IP protocols to enable real-time data acquisition, process control, and traceability. 3.Integrate MES with SMT mounter via vendor software including Panasonic PanaCIM, Fuji Nexim, and ASM OIB/Setup Center for efficient production and data communication. 4.Equipment Integration Workflow: a.Requirements Gathering: Work with equipment and manufacturing engineering teams to understand equipment data needs b.Protocol Analysis: Analyze equipment communication protocols and data structures c.Interface Development: Develop and test equipment interface code and configurations d.Testing: Conduct thorough testing in lab and production environments e.Deployment: Deploy integrations during planned maintenance windows with rollback plans f.Validation: Verify data accuracy and system performance post-deployment g.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation and knowledge transfer materials h.Support: Provide ongoing monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization 【需求條件】 1.5+ years of MES and machine integration experience 2.Familiar with industrial protocols(SECS/GEM, IPC-CFX, RabbitMQ) 3.Understanding of IIoT and I4.0 System architecture 4.Experience in large-scale IIoT deployment and management in EMS industry
