Nestlé is currently looking for a CIM Tool Specialist. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and end-to-end process integrity of Commercial Investment Management (CIM) within Visual Fabric, enabling accurate commercial execution and strong financial control of trade investments.

A day in the life of CIM Tool Specialist

  • Own and manage CIM (Visual Fabric) system performance, ensuring operational stability and continuity
  • Manage SAP–VF integration and ensure replication of transactions across systems
  • Monitor and manage promotion lifecycle processes (status, baselines, evaluation)
  • Validate financial execution including accruals, contracts, invoicing and pricing
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency and governance of master data across VF and SAP
  • Perform system reconciliations and identify inconsistencies or process failures
  • Act as first point of contact for CIM tool and process-related issues
  • Coordinate issue resolution with IBS, Finance, Sales and external VF support
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
  • Support testing, releases, training and adoption of new functionalities

What will make you successful…

  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of data management principles and system integrations
  • Experience with commercial tools, SAP or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage complex processes and ensure data accuracy
  • Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Adaptability, flexibility and resilience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
