  • Policy interpretation & guidance — You will interpret and implement the Regulation W Policy across Business, Finance and Operations, providing clear guidance on in-scope activities.
  • Governance, attestations & exceptions — You will facilitate supervisory controls, attestations and exception-management processes, escalating issues to line-of-business and firmwide operating committees as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder management — You will partner with senior stakeholders across Front Office, Operations, Legal, Finance, Compliance and Risk, including coordination with the Inter-affiliate Group and the Firmwide Regulation W team on key deliverables and priorities.
  • Approvals & senior forums — You will oversee new Regulation W transaction approvals from inquiry through approval and reporting, and you will develop executive-ready materials, metrics and updates for senior-management forums, audit, Compliance and regulatory reviews.

  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and escalate appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to operate effectively across functions and geographies.
  • Ability to connect detailed analysis to broader risk implications and deliver high-quality work in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
