CIAM Analyst – ForgeRock / Identity & Access Management

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled CIAM Analyst with expertise in ForgeRock Identity Management to support the design and optimization of secure customer identity journeys.
This role combines identity security, user experience, and data integration, ensuring seamless and secure authentication flows while aligning with modern security and privacy standards.
Key Responsibilities
Identity & Access Management
Design and analyze CIAM identity flows including:
Registration
Login
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Work with ForgeRock Identity Management to implement and optimize identity solutions
Security & Compliance
Apply best practices in OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT token-based authentication
Ensure alignment with Zero Trust security principles
Support compliance with GDPR (consent management, data minimization, user rights)
Customer Journey & UX
Improve customer login and registration experiences
Apply UX thinking to optimize authentication flows
Identify and mitigate friction points in user journeys
Fraud & Risk Management
Analyze fraud patterns and support adaptive/risk-based authentication strategies
Collaborate with security teams to enhance identity protection mechanisms
Integration & Data Handling
Model and manage data integrations (attributes, mappings, APIs)
Work with API and data tools such as:
Integrate CIAM platforms with third-party systems and services
Stakeholder Communication
Translate complex security and identity concepts into business-friendly language
Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Core Expertise
6–8 years of experience in CIAM / Identity & Access Management
Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Identity Management
Technical Skills
Experience with CIAM platforms such as:
Strong knowledge of:

OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT
Identity lifecycle and authentication flows
Security & Data
Strong understanding of identity security and fraud prevention
Experience with data modeling and API integrations
Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy principles
