About the role

Join Opella Consumer Healthcare and help us shape the future of global Order-to-Cash excellence. As a Ci2C Senior Receivables & Revenue Analyst you will play a key role in securing accurate revenue recognition and AR accounting, leading month-end closing activities, analysing AR performance, and driving continuous improvement across closing and reporting processes.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to revenue recognition (Trade & non-Trade) and related accounting

• Analyse AR ageing reports, recommend bad debts reserves and post entries

• Participate in month end closure activities reconcile AR postings with GL, analyse & resolve discrepancies, post adjustment entries

• Prepare month end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and AR analysis by defined deadlines

• Escalate issues to CI2C Credit & Revenue Partner and Head of Invoicing, Cash Application & Reporting

• Drive continuous improvement

• Monitor operational KPIs to pro-actively manage execution issues

• Execute in compliance with Opella policies and guidelines

• Coach and mentor junior accountants, fostering a culture of learning and excellence

Expected skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 2-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivables or other accounting functions preferably in an international multicultural environment

• Hands on expertise in Accounts Receivables accounting processes and activities

• Knowledge of accounting and monthly closure process

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems

• Excellent English communication skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural setting

• Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner

• Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with Ci2C front line teams with an end to end mindset

• Attentive to detail and works with precision
