• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably high mix and dynamic).
• Certification in Lean Practitioner or Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma, or other industry equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S+, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Setup Reduction, and Lean Material Flow (LMF).
• Practical knowledge and application of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools (5S+, VSM, LMF, etc.).
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and QMS principles; experience in supporting compliance activities.
• Exposure to problem-solving tools like A3, 8D, FMEA.
• Leadership experience in guiding small teams or workgroups.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and support change initiatives.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on improvement projects.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).
Additional Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts and cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge of EHS principles in a manufacturing environment.
