Job Description

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Operational Excellence through the Eaton Business System, ensuring alignment with Eaton Business Excellence criteria and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Lead site Lean & Six Sigma strategy and CI across all value streams; execute roadmaps using ECIS, CIF, EBS.
  • Deliver training, mentoring, build capability (Green/Black Belt) and lead CI Council, assessments, and gap closure.
  • Drive Kaizen, IDB, RIE, BPI, Six Sigma, change management projects to reduce cost, eliminate waste, improve customer satisfaction achieving measurable improvements in plant performance and key metrics.
  • Align CI with global strategy, define KPIs, drive PDCA and share best practices.
  • Improve processes, equipment, layouts, workplace design, and product quality.
  • Support site strategy, KPIs, EQS, cost-out and ensure MESH & Zero Incident safety.
  • Lead CAPEX planning, PMO, and execution; define equipment and integration needs, considering automation, Industry 4.0. and MES.
  • Actively engaged in product development, FMEA, industrialization, shop-floor readiness.
  • Ensure APQP, PPAP, audits, compliance, and customer quality.
  • Lead major projects, business continuity, risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, financial, labor requirements.
  • Build high-performing, diverse teams, support HR and succession planning.
  • Drive culture, leadership behaviors, governance, ethics, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably high mix and dynamic).

Skills:

• Certification in Lean Practitioner or Green/Black Belt in Six Sigma, or other industry equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with Lean tools and methodologies such as 5S+, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Setup Reduction, and Lean Material Flow (LMF).
• Practical knowledge and application of Lean and Continuous Improvement tools (5S+, VSM, LMF, etc.).
• Ability to interpret basic engineering drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and QMS principles; experience in supporting compliance activities.
• Exposure to problem-solving tools like A3, 8D, FMEA.

• Leadership experience in guiding small teams or workgroups.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and support change initiatives.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative on improvement projects.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Minitab).

Additional Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with basic financial concepts and cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge of EHS principles in a manufacturing environment.
