负责大客户集团总部层面的业务拓展与客户开发，围绕客户战略规划、项目布局、技术需求及合作机会开展前置性工作，推动总部关系建立、产品与方案导入，并联动区域销售促进项目转化与落地，支持重点客户的中长期业务增长。

主要职责

• 负责客户集团总部层面的业务拓展、客户开发及关键关系建立，提升公司在重点客户总部的合作基础和影响力；
• 收集并分析客户战略规划、年度业务目标、区域项目布局及投资动向，识别重点项目机会并支持区域销售跟进；
• 深入挖掘客户对电缆附件产品在技术、质量、服务及交付等方面的需求，推动产品和解决方案前期导入；
• 策划并推动总部层面的产品推广、技术交流和品牌宣传活动，增强客户认知并创造合作机会；
• 负责集团客户总部招标项目的统筹与协调，联动区域销售及内部相关团队准备投标资料，提升投标质量和成功率；
• 与区域销售团队保持紧密协同，推动总部信息、客户需求及项目机会向区域转化，促进项目落地和业务增长。
