  • Partner with engineering, manufacturing, operations, quality, and other cross-functional teams
  • Assist with the implementation and sustainment of process improvements
  • Present project updates, recommendations, and results to team members and business leaders
  • Develop technical, professional, and leadership competencies through project ownership and mentorship

All projects and assignments are determined based on business needs and team priorities.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical discipline
  • Strong academic standing
  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement through campus organizations, work experience, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to learn new technologies, systems, and engineering tools
  • Experience leading projects, initiatives, or team efforts from planning through execution preferred
  • Previous internship or co-op experience preferred
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Additional Information

  • Assigned manager and mentor support throughout the internship
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • No supervisory responsibilities
  • Periodic exposure to manufacturing equipment and production environments
