Support the Department Manager in driving continuous improvement initiativesand ensuring safe, efficient production operations.
Apply lean manufacturing tools(OEE, 6S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, Visual Management, TPM) to improve productivity, efficiency, and material flow.
Conduct time and motion studies, capacity planning, and layout optimization.
Lead and participate in cost‑saving and improvement projectswith cross‑functional teams.
Perform cost‑benefit analysisfor improvement initiatives and support investment proposals.
Provide lean and operational trainingto production teams, engineers, and relevant personnel.
Plan and implement production training systemsto meet operational requirements.
Establish work standards, monitor performance, and support regular performance reviews.
Develop and follow through on continuous improvement projects
Carry out other tasks as assigned by management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Experience in Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, Six Sigma, and AutoCAD
Lean Six Sigma Green Beltis an advantage
Background or experience in manufacturing / operations
