• 
  Coordinate with the VinFast Logistics team to arrange the dispatch and return of test vehicles and sample test vehicles to different test sites or related testing units.
• 
  Monitor vehicle status, vehicle quantity, and vehicle rotation plans in line with QCD testing requirements.

• 
  Prepare vehicle documentation and carry out registration, temporary registration, and inspection procedures in accordance with regulations.
• 
  Track inspection validity, schedule reminders, and arrange periodic renewals or re-inspections.
• 
  Ensure all test vehicles meet legal requirements for operation.

• 
  Work with insurance partners to arrange new insurance policies and renewals for test vehicles as required.
• 
  Monitor insurance status and support the handling of incidents or accidents involving test vehicles when necessary.

• 
  Maintain and manage test vehicle documentation, including legal records, dispatch/return history, insurance, and inspection records.
• 
  Support vehicle coordination for Test, Validation, and Lab teams according to the testing schedule.
• 
  Provide periodic reports on vehicle usage status to department management.

Requirements

1. Education

• 
  Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree (preferred majors: Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Management, or related fields).

• 
  Experience related to vehicle registration/inspection, vehicle documentation management, or logistics is an advantage.

• 
  Strong cross-functional coordination skills, attention to detail, proactive attitude, and compliance with processes.

• 
  Basic knowledge of automobiles and legal regulations related to vehicle operation is an advantage.

2. Skills & Competencies

• 
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• 
  Experience with SAP, JIRA, or TeamCenter is a plus.

• 
  Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.

• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team under high pressure.

• 
  Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing).

• 
  Proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about the automotive industry.
