Job Description


Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm soát, triển khai và đảm bảo hoà n thà nh các hoạt động chế tạo, lắp ráp, đánh giá kỹ thuật xe mẫu (Prototype) trong các giai đoạn phát triển sản phẩm (PT, PTO,…), đồng thời trá»±c tiếp là m việc với nhà cung cấp để đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ và tối Æ°u chi phí chế tạo mẫu phục vụ phát triển sản phẩm mới.

  • Kiểm soát & Đốc thúc tiến độ linh kiện proto: Kiểm tra, lập bảng theo dõi và thúc đẩy tiến độ giao nhận linh kiện phục vụ lắp ráp toà n dá»± án.

  • Đánh giá linh kiện proto: Đo đạc, đối chiếu thông số kỹ thuật, số lượng và chất lượng linh kiện trước khi bà n giao lắp ráp.

  • Thẩm định & Nghiệm thu điều kiện lắp xe: Kiểm tra tình trạng,lập báo cáo xác nhận mức độ sẵn sà ng và hoà n thiện thủ tục xin phê duyệt cho phép lắp xe

  • Triển khai lắp ráp xe mẫu: Trá»±c tiếp tham gia, giám sát kỹ thuật công đoạn lắp ráp các giai đoạn mẫu thá»­ (PT, PTO...)

  • Khắc phục lỗi kỹ thuật trên Jira: Tiếp nhận, phân tích nguyên nhân và trá»±c tiếp thá»±c hiện các biện pháp sá»­a lỗi dứt điểm cho các task Jira phát sinh

  • Kiểm tra & Đối chiếu thiết kế - thá»±c tế: Thá»±c hiện so sánh bản vẽ kỹ thuật với xe thá»±c tế sau lắp ráp để phát hiện và báo cáo sớm các điểm bất cập

  • Hoà n thiện xe và linh kiện phục vụ Đăng kiểm: Chuẩn bị đầy đủ xe và cụm linh kiện, hiệu chuẩn thông số kỹ thuật của xe mẫu theo đúng tiêu chuẩn đăng kiểm

  • Chế tạo, lắp ráp & Bà n giao xe mẫu phục vụ sá»± kiện đắp đất: Trá»±c tiếp phối hợp với NCC để chế tạo, lắp ráp, kiểm tra toà n diện và bà n giao xe mẫu đúng tiến độ cho sá»± kiện đắp đất của dá»± án

  • Kiểm soát Kỹ thuật Nhà cung cấp & Đảm bảo tiến độ Đối tác
