
Position objectives:
• Provide administrative, analytical, and project support to the CCO in managing marketing, digital partnership, and customer experience initiatives.
• Act as a reliable execution partner, ensuring timely delivery of CCO office priorities, especially in Marketing and Digital Partnership.
• Support business operations, sales, and marketing initiatives through coordination, reporting, and process optimization.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Support to CCO:
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and presentation slides for marketing campaigns, digital partnership projects, and customer experience programs.
• Track timelines and progress of CCO-led marketing and digital partnership initiatives; follow up with relevant teams.
• Conduct basic analysis to support decision-making in marketing strategies, partnership performance, and customer insights.
2. Business Support:
• Coordinate and monitor sales, marketing and customer initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals.
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports, dashboards, and campaign analytics for management review.
• Support the development and implementation of business and marketing processes to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
• Assist in organizing business-related events, marketing workshops, partnership meetings, and training sessions.
3. Communication & Coordination:
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, Digital Partnership, Training, and Support teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Draft communication notes, announcements, and updates on CCO initiatives, including marketing and partnership activities.
• Support internal and external meeting preparation, especially for marketing and digital partnership stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in business administration, sales/marketing, customer experience
• Good analytical skills, especially in preparing PowerPoint and Excel reports for marketing and partnership analysis.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn and grow, especially in marketing and digital partnership areas.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools and designing is a plus.
