Job Description

  • Manage a portfolio of complex claims and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Provide guidance and support to the claims team in processing claims
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including policyholders, brokers, and attorneys
  • Investigate and evaluate claims to determine coverage and liability
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to claims processing
  • Participate in developing and implementing project strategies and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate claims records and prepare reports as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in claims management in the life insurance industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software
  • Caliber will less experiences will be considered for Executive Claims
