Job Description

  • Act as the primary contact point for servicing support to brokerage / partnership channels, to ensure that the queries / concerns are addressed timely and effectively.
  • Assist in refining and enhancing the servicing framework model to support distribution channels, including but not limited to servicing and administration procedures and workflows
  • Participant in service enhancement initiatives / projects
  • University graduate preferred  
  • Minimum 5 years of solid experience in customer servicing area, preferably with exposure to VIP, high-net-worth (HNW), affluent customer segments.
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in spoken Mandarin.
  • As a good team player, and with strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, with the capability to resolve the issue(s) / concern(s) effectively and efficiently through coordination with other teams / departments 
  • With customer-centric mindset and be able to work under pressure
