Job Description
Chubb Life Global is seeking a dynamic and business-focused leader to serve as the Head of Customer Value Management and Campaign Analytics, a pivotal role in driving customer marketing, cross sell and upsell activities, and related analytics across the life insurance business. This role will act as a consultancy business partner, working closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize customer opportunities, enable our sales force can effectively engage our customers, enhance sales performance, and deliver measurable business impact. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the insurance business lifecycle, strong expertise in campaign management, and a proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive value.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and country teams, collaborating to identify and prioritize campaign opportunities that align with business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive campaign strategies to optimize customer engagement, distribution channels, and sales processes.
Campaign Execution
- Lead end-to-end campaign management, from planning and creative development to execution, campaign tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, agency, product, and sales) to ensure seamless campaign delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand standards.
Campaign Analytics & Insights
- Utilize data and analytics to drive campaign decision-making and foster a data-driven culture within the team.
- Analyze campaign performance data to uncover actionable insights that improve customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
- Design and deliver segments to derive actionable insights for campaign manager to make use of segment targeting
- Develop and implement propensity models to predict customer behaviors, such as likelihood to purchase, respond, or churn; leverage propensity model outputs to enhance campaign targeting, segmentation, and personalization, ensuring campaigns reach the most receptive audiences
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and business impact; Continuously monitor and refine propensity models based on campaign results and feedback, improving predictive accuracy and campaign ROI over time.
Distribution & Sales Support
Data Management & Governance
- Ensure campaign data initiatives comply with the organization’s data governance framework and regulatory requirements.
- Advocate for best practices in data management to ensure the integrity and reliability of campaign analytics.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on campaign priorities and initiatives.
- Educate marketing and sales teams on the interpretation and application of propensity scores for campaign optimization
- Collaborate with data science and analytics teams to integrate advanced modeling techniques into campaign planning and execution.
- Build strong relationships with regional teams to ensure consistency and scalability of campaign strategies across markets.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in data analytics, business insights, or related fields, with a strong focus on the insurance industry.
- Insurance Expertise: Deep understanding of the life insurance business lifecycle, including customer acquisition, underwriting, policy administration, claims, and distribution processes.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to identify business opportunities and challenges, and leverage data to deliver measurable impact.
- Analytical Skills: Expertise in advanced analytics, data visualization, and storytelling, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
- Collaboration: Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and geographies.
- Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
