We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly organised Administrator to become the welcoming face of our care home. This is a pivotal, people-focused role where your energy, professionalism, and attention to detail will make a meaningful impact every day.
About the Role
Based at CHT Hayman – Wiri, a large 110-bed care home in a fast-growing area with easy access to major transport routes, this is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week).
As our Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting residents, families, and staff while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a busy reception area with confidence and professionalism
• Welcome residents, visitors, and families with warmth and positivity
• Respond to enquiries and provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare and assist with financial reporting
• Support day-to-day administrative functions across the facility
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails and phone calls efficiently
• Maintain and update staff rosters
