About the Role

We're looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our Outlet Store team during our busiest and most exciting time of the year. Based at our Airport Oaks Distribution Centre, our Outlet Store offers customers amazing deals on leading beauty and wellness brands, with a focus on cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, gift packs, and personal care products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn extra income in the lead-up to Christmas while working with great products and a supportive team.

What You Will Deliver

• A welcoming and memorable shopping experience through warm, attentive customer service and tailored product recommendations
• Increased sales through confident and engaging promotion of outlet specials, seasonal discounts, and gift offers
• Accurate and efficient processing of sales transactions and payment handling
• Well-stocked, visually appealing shelves and product displays that attract customers and support a great in-store experience
• A clean, organised, and well-presented store environment maintained to a high standard throughout the trading period
• Reliable support for stock management, inventory replenishment, and promotional display activities

What You Bring

• A positive, friendly, and approachable manner with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to work independently and use initiative
• Comfortable handling stock and standing for extended periods in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
• An interest or experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance is highly regarded
