What you'll be doing
As part of our Christmas team, you'll:
• Help customers select beautiful jewellery and watches while delivering warm, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Maintain elegant product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
• Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.

We're looking for people who:
• Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
• Are friendly, polished, reliable and eager to learn.
• Enjoy achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Take pride in maintaining high presentation standards.
• Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
