Our team members play a vital role in bringing this experience to life, helping customers find the perfect gift, discover something new, and celebrate the season in style.
We're now looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Christmas Casual team across a range of departments, including Fashion, Beauty, Home and Toys.
Our seasonal opportunities commence from mid-October 2026 through to the end of January 2027, with start dates varying based on business needs and peak trading periods across November and December.
You'll thrive in this role if you love connecting with people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. Our Sales Professionals are energetic, adaptable and always put the customer at the centre of every interaction.
To support our busiest trading period, you'll need to be available to work at least three days per week, including key retail events such as Black Friday, Cyber Weekend, the lead-up to Christmas, and the Boxing Day sale period.
