  • Work with planning and operations teams to prioritise maintenance and minimise production impacts
  • Coordinate electrical isolations, commissioning activities and plant modifications
  • Monitor electrical defects, recurring failures and maintenance performance
  • Support statutory inspections, audits and electrical compliance activities
  • Maintain accurate electrical documentation, records and required authorisations
  • Contribute to continuous improvement, equipment reliability and maintenance strategies
  • Promote a strong safety culture and hold work standards under operational pressure

  • Exposure to PLC controlled plant, instrumentation, variable speed drives, motor control and HV systems
  • The ability to identify recurring failures and contribute to plant reliability improvements
  • Experience using maintenance and work-management systems such as SAP
  • Strong planning, prioritisation and stakeholder-management skills
  • Clear communication and the confidence to challenge unsafe work or poor standards
  • A practical, visible leadership style and a genuine commitment to safety

Additional Information
