Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, provide a welcoming first impression, and thank guests as they depart.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating with the service team.

• Maintain accurate guest counts and seating records to support organized dining room service.

Qualifications:

• Ability to remain organized and courteous in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate reservation and seating information.
• Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to assist others.
• General mathematical skills; previous cash-handling experience preferred when cashier duties are assigned.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift, bend and stoop, and use hands frequently to perform assigned duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
