Job Description

Chocolate & Flower Arranger Responsibilities :

  • Decorating confectionery products pieces and arrangements using accessories, gift items and ribbons.
  • Responsible for keeping the boutique always full of arrangements and changing the display every 2-3 days.
  • Create work orders, manage production schedules, possess the flexibility required to change and adapt production as needs change.
  • Must have experience understanding and controlling time management.
  • Coordinate production flow with order fulfillment, packaging needs.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of raw materials, finished goods and packaging by coordinating with staff responsible for ordering. Independent problem-solving skills are very important.
  • Assist the clients in the shop and over the phone, help them to explore the ideas that they have make samples, and close deals.
  • You will be required to sell other products in the shop whenever you are free from the design. Regular contact with the suppliers and always looking out for new suppliers.
  • Creating stunning flower arrangements for a variety of occasions, including weddings, birthdays & anniversaries
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in floral design.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and create arrangements that exceed their expectations.
  • Creating a variety of arrangements, including bouquets and centerpieces.
  • Creativity and imaginative individual.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Please note :

Salary : 250 BD +/ Accommodation

3 + Years Experience : Arranging chocolate and flowers.
