Responsibilities
1. 热爱教学辅导工作，可根据业务需求主动承接授课，匹配学生申请规划、学术能力提升的学习需求。
2. 结合英美硕士申请规律制定学生学术规划与升学目标，保障目标落地，同步为团队导师输出专业支撑。
3. 统筹并全程跟进学生全套申请流程，包含选校定位、网申填写、材料递交等，严格匹配院校要求与申请截止时间。
4. 负责文书质量把控，结合目标院校、专业录取偏好终审个人陈述等文书，保证文书专业水准。
5. 统筹各类学术提升项目质量管控，贴合海外高等教育体系，优化学生项目参与体验。
6. 定期约谈学生与家长，深挖升学诉求，对齐辅导规划，保障教学与申请目标落地。
7. 及时响应学生、家长各类咨询，包含院校信息、专业介绍、最新申请政策等学术相关问题。
Qualifications And Competencies
1. 学历背景：牛津、剑桥、英国 G5或美国TOP50院校本科/硕士/博士学历优先
2. 业务能力：熟练掌握英美院校硕士全流程申请体系。
3. 工作特质：自主推进工作，具备独立判断与决策能力。
4. 文字能力：优秀学术写作功底，精通文书校对、个人陈述修改优化。
5. 工作习惯：逻辑清晰、细心严谨，可按时完成各项任务，适配多变工作节奏。
6. 沟通能力：沟通表达突出，可顺畅对接学生、同事及客户。
7. 服务意识：重视客户体验，坚持高标准服务交付。
