LifeClinic Summary

At LifeClinic, our mission is to restore, maintain, and optimize human function and performance. As a chiropractor here, you’ll provide adjustments, soft tissue work, and rehab exercises inside Life Time facilities. We’re already in 75+ locations and on track for 200.

PRACTICE MODEL:

  • 30-minute, 1:1 patient visits
  • Health-conscious patient base
  • Primarily cash based sessions – avoid the insurance hassle
  • Schedule flexibility (i.e. reduce work days or clinic hours) once revenue target is met
  • Proven blueprint and extensive training

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Marketing – engaging with potential patients on the fitness floor
  • Selling – getting patients excited to commit to a treatment plan – includes presenting financial care plans to patients
  • Delivering Results – providing exceptional patient care
  • Use LifeClinic’s proven processes

WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED:

  • Excited about base + performance-based pay
  • Committed to working 50+ hours/week and on Saturday mornings while building up client base to achieve performance expectations – usually takes 6 months

As a LifeClinic Chiropractor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care through chiropractic adjustments, Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT), and rehabilitation exercises. You will work within Life Time athletic destinations engaging directly with members and patients to build a thriving practice. This role combines clinical expertise with entrepreneurial drive, requiring proactive outreach, personalized treatment planning, and effective patient management.

Job Duties/Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Treatment Delivery

  • Perform chiropractic adjustments tailored to each patient.
  • Administer Integrated Muscle and Joint Therapy (IMJT) for musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Design and guide patients through rehab exercise programs.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Patient Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Conduct direct marketing and outreach to Life Time members and existing patients.
  • Educate potential patients on chiropractic care and IMJT.
  • Present personalized care plans, including financial and scheduling options.
  • Build long-term patient relationships through consistent follow-up.

Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters using SOAP notes.
  • Manage scheduling, appointment updates, and patient communications.
  • Prepare and update financial care plans in alignment with treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with Life Time staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care delivery

Required Qualifications

Education:

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
  • New graduates are welcome; prior experience in a clinical or fitness-integrated setting is a plus

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

  • Active and in good standing chiropractic license in the state of application
  • Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Clinical Expertise: Strong knowledge of spinal and extremity adjustments, soft tissue techniques, and rehabilitative exercise protocols.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to educate and engage patients effectively.
  • Sales & Marketing: Ability to confidently promote services, explain treatment plans, and convert consultations into ongoing care.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR), scheduling software, and standard office applications.
  • Time Management: Capable of balancing clinical duties with administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering a high-quality patient experience with empathy and professionalism.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team inside a fitness-focused environment.

Pay

This position starts at a salary of $80,000 and may be increased based on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for a monthly incentive based on achievement of monthly performance metrics, with total cash compensation potential of $150,000+ per year.
