Front Desk Receptionist – Chiropractic & Wellness Office

As our Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the first person our patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You'll play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while keeping the office organized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities
Patient Care & Front Desk
- Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
- Maintain patient flow between the doctor, rehab, and front desk
- Update patient records while maintaining HIPAA compliance
Insurance & Financial
- Verify insurance benefits
- Create financial worksheets
- Review treatment plans and financial information with patients
- Collect patient payments
- Process insurance claims and scan EOBs
- Maintain accurate patient financial records
Office Operations
- Assist with weekly reporting
- Support marketing campaigns and community outreach events
- Help create social media and promotional content
- Keep the office clean, organized, and welcoming
- Pitch in wherever needed to support the team
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Customer service, receptionist, administrative, or medical office experience
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
- A positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Reliability and strong attention to detail
Bonus Points For:
- Chiropractic or medical office experience
- Insurance verification or billing experience
- Marketing or social media experience

1:40 PM – 6:10 PM
Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Regularly off
Occasional community marketing events (approximately 1–2 times per month for 3–4 hours) may be scheduled.
