· Implementation of Uflex CP Plant IMS policy and regular measurement, monitoring and achieving the IMS objective related to quality, Environment and energy management system (ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015,ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018)· Knowledge of tools, instruments and test equipment’s.· Knowledge of work instructions and SOP assigned for various application and processes.· Quick Response time on fault reported.· Proper understanding of faults and reporting of faults to reporting officer.· LOTO knowledge to avoid accidents.· Knowledge of PPE utilization and uses.· Knowledge of installed machinery and instruments.· Capability to understand the issue and diagnostic of issues to reduce the down time MTTR.· Understanding of calibration and test equipments.· Should Follow the Routine jobs like CBM and calibrations.· Should report the abnormalities observed and reported by others.· Regular review and ensure that the EHS compliance are fulfilled and reported to concerned as per mandatory.· Regular review and ensure that the QEMS compliance are fulfilled and reported to concerned as per mandatory.
