
Chinese-speaking Sales Manager (Vehicles & Machinery) - Kolwezi, DRC

Contexte / Background
On behalf of one of our clients, a leading company in the distribution of vehicles, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery in the DRC, we are recruiting a Chinese-speaking Sales Manager. This is a key strategic role focused on developing and managing business with Chinese companies operating locally. The position is based in Kolwezi and requires strong commercial leadership and field presence, ideally in the DRC.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow sales activities with Chinese-speaking corporate clients
Prospect and onboard new Chinese companies in the mining, industrial, and construction sectors
Promote and sell vehicles, heavy equipment, and machinery solutions
Act as the primary commercial contact for Chinese clients
Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Coordinate with internal technical, logistics, and after-sales teams
Profile :
Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (mandatory)
Fluent English (mandatory)
French is an asset
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in B2B environments
Experience in vehicles, industrial, mining, or heavy equipment sectors is a strong advantage
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently in a challenging and dynamic environment
Willingness to be based in Kolwezi
