Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Propose, create, define, coordinate and validate FIS corporate strategy in China, taking into account of China market environment status and evolution including but not limited to deep analysis on macro economy, society evolution, regulation, technology and consumer behaviors, OEMs strategy and performance, competition strategy and performance as well as business definition on portfolio, model and development.
• Lead annual corporate Strategy Plan drafting, coordinate with China Divisions’ Strategy Directors for SP exercise, make corporate SP synthesis for Board of Directors.
• Ensure and supervise corporate strategy initiatives effective and transversal implementation and deployment with regular progress reviews.
• Define corporate I-OEM and C-OEM customer strategy for SP and Budget as well as get alignment with China Divisions, BGs and Group. Develop and improve customer intimacy at Senior Management level with regular top management visit, meeting, prepare Board and Comex members visits to the customers.
• Lead country KAM committee activity to animate & align cross region customer account strategy, support cross region for break through the new Customers.
• Lead country central marketing team to provide insights on Auto Market based on consistent and reliable data and facts, and efficiency enhancement through resource integration and working collaboration.
• Collect and follow up new business awards in China and define the commercial strategy in term of business acquisition, LTA, claim, cash collection, ED&T model and set up the monthly review with Board on cross Divisions’ new business radar, awards, sales topics and BD action plans.
• Participate in China and Group Customer Committees and prepare the relevant presentation for China part.
• Cooperate closely with M&A and external communication for project based tasks.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Minimum education level: MBA with financial background preferred
• Fluent in Chinese and English, second foreign language French is a plus
• Experience / Skill and Competencies
• Automotive industry and international experience (MNC) > 8 years
• Strategic thinking capability and strategy planning experience
• Synthesis capacity and execution rigor
• Strong communication and networking capacity
• Strong development capacity of close relationship with executive level internally and externally
• Strong leadership – influence, organization and coordination
• Strong result driving mindset and resilience spirit
