The Chinese Client Intervention Worker will be required to work 21 hours a week; Monday to Wednesday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Reporting to the Manager, Comprehensive Intake and Care, the Client Intervention Worker will support Chinese seniors, Chinese Adults with disabilities or chronic illnesses in the community requiring case management assistance and support to improve their quality of life.
