
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead Marcom and digital campaign efforts, who will serve as one of the key members of the APAC Marketing leadership team. Focusing on building media excellence as a core competitive advantage, this role will drive the success of global and regional marketing campaigns, enhance customer experience, lead team development, and deliver measurable business impact through data-driven strategies and cross-functional/cross-regional collaboration.
Reporting To: APAC Marketing Director
Core Responsibilities
· Campaign & Media Excellence: Develop annual media plans with clear KPIs, take ownership of key media metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion rate, ROI, CAC), optimize digital/traditional media mix, and establish standardized SOPs for end-to-end campaign delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, optimization) to ensure global/regional campaign success and brand alignment.
· Media Expertise: Lead cross-campaign media planning, integrate single/multi-channel strategies, and develop media guidelines/best practices to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
· Customer Insight & Experience: Leverage media analytics to generate customer behavior insights and apply these insights to optimize online/offline customer touchpoints and marketing activities.
· Digital Enablement: Foster a digital-first mindset, integrate martech tools, develop media playbooks, and train teams to enhance digital execution capabilities.
· Team Leadership: Build a proactive, accountable team culture, empower members to take ownership, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
· Event & Exhibition Management: Select targeted industry events and exhibitions, lead end-to-end execution (planning, booth design, on-site operation) and post-event optimization, optimize event strategies based on performance data to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
· Cross-Regional & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, BD teams, central marketing, and marketing leaders of other APAC regions, drive information synchronization, best practice sharing, and joint initiative delivery, align with global marketing strategies from central marketing, and ensure regional marketing efforts are consistent with global brand standards and business goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Marcom and digital campaign management, with 2+ years of team leadership experience.
· Proven track record of delivering successful global/regional campaigns and driving measurable business results.
· Strong expertise in media mix optimization, digital channel strategy, and data-driven decision-making; proficient in martech tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SCRM, marketing automation).
· Excellent cross-functional collaboration, customer-centric mindset, and ability to adapt to dynamic market needs.
