What you will do
Monitors and revises production flow to ensure successful transformation of raw materials into finished products. Plans and integrates effective transfer of new products into manufacturing process. Analyzes demand and establishes required inventory levels for raw material, work-in-progress and finished goods relative to demand. Develops manufacturing cost control reports, cost estimates, capacity planning, manpower and facility requirements. Establishes and reports on achievement of key performance metrics. Reviews quality control requirements and processes against production results. Initiates steps to address improvement areas. Participates in the development of business objectives, policies and procedures and disseminates to the department. Ensures the integration and execution of standard operating procedures and communications. Accountable for the assurance of proper operations of all manufacturing equipment and processes.
