Lead AOP & STRAP preparation.
To conduct market researches on regular basis in each region understand needs from customers on product range, promotion activities, pricing changes and branding activities.
Conduct fact-based analysis of market trends; competitive data; technology advancements; and customer needs assessment and identify new product development opportunities.
Evaluate sales growth initiatives, and drive the execution with regional managers.
To work with communication team to ensure efficient information exchange within aftermarket channels at all levels.
Lead Digital marketing and ecommerce initiatives in aftermarket business.
Channel pricing strategy by offering value walks.
Product line management for both Garrett & RedBoost, including
Define product strategy and roadmap
Identify market opportunities and prioritizing product and customer requirements for new product development, quality improvement and cost management initiatives.
Working closely with engineering to deliver winning products.
Product catalogue leaflet updates
Support the sales organization, dealer channel and end users in training efforts in regards to key competitive features and value proposition of product.
Qualifications:
1, Ability to build credibility with existing experience sales organization by building relationship and investing in building internal relationship with sales, technology and other key business segment and functional leaders
2, Experience with the aftermarket channel development and marketing initiatives that lead to stronger market penetration
3, Min 5 years working experience in Auto aftermarket sales or marketing position
4, Experience on aftermarket pricing structure and analysis, and an in-depth understanding of the marketing and financial implications of new opportunities
5, Highly motivated, organized and ability to communicate with people with different backgrounds
6, Good English speaking and writing capabilities
