Your Job

This position leads a local project management team to frame up and manage HR and HR Technology related projects. A key part of the role will be to foster collaboration between global, regional, and China HR teams, vendors, Finance, HRIS, and other stakeholders to align on expected outcomes, define requirements, and steward an effective project implementation. The individual will apply Koch Principle Based Management (PBM) , focusing on innovation, continuous improvement, and empowering others to create long-term value for the organization.

This role will be working with HRT, HR payroll & benefits, HR ops, Employee Service Center, HR compliance, global PMO teams etc.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan, implement and deliver HR projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Ensure the project management team develops and executes project plans and timelines to ensure deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and with exceptional quality.
  • Provide guidance to the team to collect, review, align, and finalize project requirements, ensuring all system functionalities, services, and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and signed off.
  • Provide local project stewardship to HRS continuous improvement programs with a focus on payroll, time & attendance, and benefits-related services.
  • Sponsor and lead strategic project-related discussions, workshops, to foster shared learning and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge to project teams to prepare cost estimation and manage project spending effectively, ensuring economic thinking is applied.
  • Support HRS leadership in exploring innovative approaches to HR delivery service, leveraging technology and best practices to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ensure that HRS and HRT projects and programs have tools and practices in place to proactively identify risks and issues, resolving them to maintain project momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Champion a culture of principled entrepreneurship by empowering and developing others, fostering a transparent and collaborative environment.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to lead others in managing complex projects, prioritizing effectively, and meeting challenging deadlines.
  • Nice to have 3+ years of experience in HR, benefits, payroll, time and attendance, or similar functions within a large international organization.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing HR systems, vendor consolidation, or transition projects
