Compensation
Tiny Fins Survival Swim is looking for a talented Survival Swim Instructor to join the team part-time. Because this position has room for advancement and Tiny Fins Survival Swim is prepared to employ applicants with less experience, compensation may vary and will be determined at a later stage in the hiring process.
As a Survival Swim Instructor at Tiny Fins, you’ll play a life-changing role in teaching children the water safety skills they need to thrive. Our approach is gentle, engaging, and empowering, ensuring every child builds confidence in the water while learning essential survival techniques. Our Instructors work one-on-one with students in fun, fast-paced 15-minute lessons, following our proven curriculum. With comprehensive hands-on training, they are fully equipped to help little swimmers succeed while building strong connections with their families.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour
