🎓 Qualifications Required:
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
📅 Experience in Years Required:
Minimum 5 years in residential care of children
At least 2 years in a supervisory/management role
Achieved “Good” or “Outstanding” Ofsted rating in previous inspections
