
The Children’s Coordinator, reports to the Project Director, Women and Children’s Services, and is responsible for the safety and care of the children belonging to the women receiving treatment at SFRC’s residential program. The Children’s Coordinator provides care, supervision, play-based education, oversight, and accountability for children staying with their mothers in the program. The Children’s Coordinator assists in preparing age-appropriate curriculums; supervises children during all program activities and arranges/serves snacks and meals. The Children’s Coordinator executes work in accordance with SFRC policies and regulations and with best practices in mind for a therapeutic childcare setting.
