Job Category: Behavioral Health/Social Work We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity at Terros Health for a Licensed Clinician to join our Children’s Services Department and provide services at our Café - Children, Adolescents and Families Empowered — which is more than just a treatment center at our health center.  This position also provides services at a nearby local school that we have partnered with up to 2 days per week.
The Café is a vibrant, youth-focused community space that offers hope, healing, and connection located within our 27th Avenue Health Center.

Terros Health is hiring an Arizona licensed Clinician for our Children’s Program in Phoenix, AZ.
Experience with Mental Health and Substance Use services is ideal.
Experience with the adolescent curriculums of Matrix Model and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) is preferred; Training can also be provided.
Arizona License Required: LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAC in Good Standing
{AZ Licensure Reimbursed When Renewed as a TH Employee (according to Policy)}
Schedule:  Full-time
40 hours/week; Monday-Friday
2 Evening Shifts Required (ie, 10am/10:30am-7pm)
3 Day Shifts (ie, 7:30am-4pm / 8:30am-5pm)
Locations:
27th Ave Health Center: 27th Ave/ South of Indian School – 3 Days/Week
✔️ Provide assessments, individual counseling, and facilitate our substance use treatment group for adolescents
Phoenix School (College Prep) – 2 Days/Week (The school is located within 5 miles of the clinic and mileage is reimbursed.)
✔️ Provide general mental health counseling to students (2 days/week) at a school that has partnered with Terros Health

Compensation:
$57,375-$64,000 for associate level clinicians:
(0-5 years experience: $57,375-$59,950 / 5+ years of experience: $61K-$64,150)
$70,000+ for independent licensed clinicians:
(0-5 years experience: $70,000-$73,450 / 5-10 years of experience:$75K-$78,500 / 10+ years of experience: $80K-$83K)

Additional Language Differential Pay Available: Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL:
$2/hour (approximately $4160) for licensed Clinicians.
The Children's Clinician is responsible for providing outpatient counseling services which may include assessments and counseling for children, adolescents, transition aged youth, families and groups.  Clinician will provide treatment for both mental health and substance use needs.  Services will be provided at the 27th Avenue Health Center location and up to 2 days/week at a local Phoenix school.
Duties include:
- Develop therapeutic relationships with clients
- Translate knowledge into effective counseling methods
- Determine appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Create treatment plans that provide a clear translation of needs into individual, achievable and measurable objectives
- Maintain session structure, including starting and ending sessions in a timely manner.
- Child and Adolescent Clinicians:  Involvement in CFTs, collaboration with child/family, contributes to ISP process.
- Record keeping: Client’s charts are in compliance with required standards to include – progress notes are completed same day; progress notes reflect evidence-based treatment

Qualifications1.    Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different locations for work (according to schedule)
2.    Master’s degree in behavioral health field
3.    Clinician needs to be AZBBHE licensed as a LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW.
4.    Must have the ability to perform first aid or cardiopulmonary resuscitation as necessary and appropriate.
5.    Possess effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to establish professional working relationships.
6.    Training in DBT, or EMDR, or other Evidence Based Practice preferred
7.    Bilingual desired but not required.
8.    Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience, and meet requirements of Terros Health’s driving policy
9.    Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.
10.    Must pass a Drug Screen and  TB Test.
