Are you an experienced child welfare leader who finds purpose in helping others succeed? Do you enjoy sharing your expertise, building strong relationships, and stepping in to support fellow supervisors and caseworkers when they need it most? Are you passionate about empowering others, strengthening service delivery, and creating an environment where teams feel confident, capable, and supported in their work? If you're a proactive, collaborative, and service-minded leader who believes that helping others succeed creates a stronger child welfare system, this unique supervisory opportunity may be the perfect next step in your career!
In this role, you'll play a vital part in strengthening and supporting teams across Children, Youth, & Family Services, working alongside fellow supervisors to identify needs, navigate challenges, and provide guidance and resources where they can make the greatest impact. You'll use your child welfare knowledge and leadership experience to help coordinate services, facilitate next steps in complex cases, support casework and assessment activities, and help teams manage competing priorities and workloads. Rather than leading from the forefront, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact behind the scenes by building strong partnerships, anticipating needs, and helping other supervisors and caseworkers feel equipped to succeed. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, initiative, and a genuine passion for supporting others. At the heart of this position is a unique leadership mission: empowering those who serve children and families by ensuring they have the guidance, resources, and support they need to do their best work.
