As a member of our childcare staff, you will be responsible for monitoring children in a daycare setting, as well as assist in the planning and implementation of a developmental curriculum for your assigned group of children.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a High School Diploma, or equivalent. An AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Child Development Associate (CDA) Certificate, or equivalent experience working in a License Childcare Center is preferred. Additionally, the ability to maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) is required.

Licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health's Division of Behavioral Health and accredited by CARF, ASAC’s team of Certified Prevention Specialists, counselors and direct care staff follow the continuum of care to ensure individuals and communities are safe, healthy and drug-free.
