Job Description

Nestled in the heart of tranquil bushland and sprawling farmland, KU Cobbitty is a 30-place preschool that offers a peaceful, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children can thrive. With extended hours and a year-round program, including school holidays, we provide a safe space for young minds to explore, grow, and learn. Our deep connection to nature and commitment to sustainable practices shines through in both our indoor and outdoor activities, creating enriching experiences that honor the natural world.

Located in the scenic Macarthur Region, we cater to toddlers and preschoolers from aged 3-5 years 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. The Role

We are looking for a full time Diploma qualified educator to join the team on a part time basis working 8am-4pm on Wednesday and Thursday until the end of 2026. You will also be able to join our casual pool if you are looking to gain more exposure of what it's like working at KU.

Of course, you will need:

  • Relevant experience
  • An ACCEQA recognised Diploma in Early Childhood,
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children,
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) and Early Years Learning and Development Framework (EYLDF)
