The Childcare Coordinator in the Childcare Learning Center will assist the Childcare Director in the daily operations and activities of CLC. The Childcare Coordinator will also serve as first in command in the absence of the center’s director.

The Assistant Childcare Director is responsible for helping to direct and coordinate activities for the CLC. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees according to YMCA disciplinary policies and procedures; addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
