
POSITION TITLE: Childcare Attendant
DIVISION: Recreation & Facilities
REPORTS TO: Recreation Services Assistant Manager
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt; Part-Time
PAY RANGE: Starting at $13.00 per hour
Purpose of Position:
This position is responsible for maintaining and creating a safe, enjoyable experience for children ages two years to twelve years old while parents/guardians utilize the Monon Community Center. A successful candidate for this position should possess a friendly demeanor, ability to relate to children and parents, work as a team player, be safety conscious, and deliver exemplary customer service.
