Help create a safe, welcoming, and fun experience for our youngest YMCA members! The YMCA of the Roses is seeking caring and dependable Child Watch Staff to join our team at the Shrewsbury YMCA. This part-time position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities, and providing a positive environment while parents and caregivers enjoy all the Y has to offer. Availability is needed for weekday mornings, evenings, and weekends.
A Child Watch Attendant is a direct care position responsible for assisting in the implementation of daily program activities and care of YMCA member's children while in Child Watch. All employees must reflect the YMCA of York and York County core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility when carrying out their job functions.
