Position also travels to other locations within the Judicial Circuit.

EFFECTIVE DATE: Immediately
The essential function of the position is to provide complex and high-level administrative, secretarial, and clerical support to the Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer. The position composes/drafts and/or other correspondence, court orders, memoranda, reports, e-mails, and other documents observing strict confidentiality; transcribes judicial documents. Assists in preparing and maintaining court calendar, including panel assignments, time and location of oral argument, writs and motions panels, weekly emergency panels, and full court conference dates. Receives, arranges and posts court dockets; assists in ensuring proper setup of courtroom for session. This position involves communication and interaction with judges and judicial staff, pro-se litigants, attorneys and their staff, case managers, clerks, as well as the general public. The position works under the general supervision of the Child Support Enforcement Hearing Officer.
Education – High school diploma or GED and two years of college or vocational school education in paralegal, secretarial skills, computer operations, or a closely related field. Additional relevant experience may substitute for the recommended educational level on a year-for-year basis.

Certification and Special Requirements – Valid Florida State Driver’s License required.
