JOB SUMMARY:

This position performs team member support and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with others, reviewing information and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

  • Completing Quality Assurance tasks and reviews
  • Providing guidance and feedback to team members
  • Assisting with Collaborative Monitoring
  • Completing special projects and case reviews
  • Initiating and responding to requests
  • Researching and resolving case issues
  • Gathering information and analyzing data

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
  • One year of experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing others.
  • One year of experience performing quality reviews to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Two years of Child Support Program experience interacting with customers via chat or contact center phone system.
  • Two years of experience conducting research and analyzing information to make decisions.
  • Two years of experience in effective communication through a variety of methods (report writing, public speaking, presentations) to a diverse internal and external audience.

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference given to candidates with prior experience with the Compliance process.

SPECIAL NOTES:

  • This role is eligible for telework after you complete required training and reach an acceptable level of proficiency.
  • The work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • An Alternative Screening Tool will be used in lieu of a Skills Verification Test.
  • This position is housed in Tallahassee - Central Operations.
