We’re looking for a passionate and community-minded individual with strong experience in working with children, families and communities to join our Hay team. This position is offered to replace an existing staff member and continue delivering vital community services in the region.
As outlined in the Role Profile, the Child, Family and Community Worker plays a key role in delivering community-based support, information, advocacy, and programs that strengthen families and enhance community wellbeing. This role is all about building meaningful relationships, supporting people through early intervention, and empowering communities to thrive.

About the Role
This is a permanent part-time position (21 hours per week across 3 days) based in our Hay Community Centre.
You’ll work as part of our service delivery team, supporting community members through information, advice, referrals and brief intervention support. A key focus of the role is building community connection and participation through a variety of activities and initiatives.
