Job Category: Community Development & Family ServicesChild Development and Early Education (CDEE) Supervisor provides oversight for the Texas Rising Star (TRS) program. Responsible for tracking and reporting on all aspects of the TRS program and supporting the board's quality initiatives. Provides coaching, leadership, direction, and professional development of Early Care and Education Specialists and Quality Initiatives Coordinator. CDEE is innovative and resourceful in developing people and processes that result in the delivery of quality early care and education. CCEE is organized and prepared, communicates in a professional and courteous manner and collaborates with team members and management. CCEE is sensitive toward working with diverse cultures and can articulate clearly with assertiveness. CCEE makes decisions quickly on available information and takes action to improve efficiency and productivity of staff. Responsible for the supervision of Early Childhood Education Specialists
QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university highly preferred or equivalent combination
of education and experience / 3-5 years of work-related experience
